A Word from the Founder
I started this caregiving journey over 15 years ago, working in private home care settings as a caregiver myself. Along the way, I saw both the beautiful and the difficult sides of this industry: many caregivers don’t receive the support they deserve despite their hard work and sacrifices. I saw agencies delay salaries, provide little help during emergencies, and paid caregivers far less than they deserve. That didn’t sit right with me.
Why I Started This Company
That’s why I founded this company — to honor and uplift caregivers and to provide a Trusted Caregiver Agency in San Francisco. I believe that if caregivers feel happy, they will serve with love and excellence. When you treat people with kindness, respect, and fairness, they give their best. It’s not just a business, it’s a mission. A mission born from compassion, personal experience, and most importantly, faith.

As a Pastor, my heart is to serve and support. I believe that true success comes from God, and every step of this vision is dedicated to Him. Jesus is my Savior, and I walk this path because I believe it is the path He laid for me, not just to succeed, but to help others succeed too. I want to be generous, helpful, and supportive to our employees, to our clients, and to the community.
A Vision For the Future
In 3 to 5 years, I see this company growing with excellence in technology and compassion, maybe even developing our own caregiving app. But more than anything, I see a place where people are valued. Where employees are blessed, supported, and treated like family, with bonuses, gifts, and appreciation, especially during the holidays. Because blessings are meant to be shared.
